Los Angeles/France or London Vacation Home Exchange

I would like to do a vacation home exchange between mid-May and mid-September, starting in 1998 for a 2 to 4 week period. I am interested in different exchanges from year-to-year. I am looking for a 2 bedroom or large 1 bedroom apartment in Paris (preferably the 5th through 8th, or 15th through 17th arrts.) or London (preferably Mayfair, Chelsea, Belgravia, Marble Arch, Regents Park, Hyde Park or Knightsbridge / South Kennsington). Other locations will be considered, especially on the French Riviera.

I have a large (1800 sq. ft./162 sq. m. apartment), 2 bedroom/2 bath, luxury, top floor, condo, with elevator/lift, in a security building. The flat has a skylight in the entrance area and marble tile floor, there is a marble fireplace, balcony, loft and private rooftop sundeck with garden furniture. The apartment has a dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, gas cooker, laundry room with washer and dryer, stereo systems, color TVs/VCRs with video library, and two car parking in the security garage.

The apartment is conveniently located in West Los Angeles (Brentwood, Westwood) close to excellent restaurants, theaters and cinemas, shopping, sports/golf facilities and major tourist attractions. The condo has a panoramic southwestward view, overlooking Santa Monica and the ocean in the horizon. The seashore with its famous beaches is less than three miles away, Malibu is another four miles up the Pacific Coast and Beverly Hills is less than four miles east. The freeway/motorway system is a short drive from the condo with easy access to downtown Los Angeles (fifteen miles east) and the Los Angeles International Airport (ten miles south) and Disneyland (forty miles south).
